PV PERCEPTIONS, LESSONS FOR THE FUTURE:USER AND DEVELOPER VIEWS OF GRID CONNECTED DOMESTIC PV SYSTEMS IN THE UK

摘要

The UK Photovoltaic (PV) Domestic Field Trial (DFT) represents the first wide spread use of PV in domestic buildings in the UK. All of the 474 systems have now been installed across 28 projects consisting of private and public developments. The programme provides accessible examples for both the general public and the planning authorities. Barriers to the uptake of PV in the domestic sector are being identified. Part of the non-technical information gathered from the programme is information on system acceptability and end user satisfaction.
