With combining the RAGA (Real coded based accelerating genetic algorithm )andmulti-dimension DP(Dynamic Planning), the author has put forward a new method named RAGA —DPto optimizing irrigation system of well irrigation rice under non-sufficient irrigation in the Sanjiang Plain.The model can handle several problems when we use DP to optimizing irrigation system undernon-sufficient irrigation, such as difficult to find the optimal value, and easy to get into the partial best,and so on. The result of model is reasonable.
