摘要

In order to explore threshing and separating performance of single axial-flow where paddywas fed longitudinally, an experimental table had been developed. The experimental unit was basedon measure and test technique of computer and utilizes electric appliances . Taking spike tooth drumthreshing and separating unit for example, the relationships between performance index (powerconsumption, unthreshed rate, loss rate of remaining crops, etc) and constructional and functionalparameters (helix angle of the transport vane, feed rate, cylinder speed) was explored with theexperimental method of secondary orthogonal orating trial design, mathematical models were set up,and the relationships which refers theoretical basis to design and use of axial-flow unit was analyzed.
