Field experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of soil salt levels on thephotosynthesis of sunflowers. Photosynthetic rate (Pn), photosynthetic active radiation (PAR), leaftemperature (TL), transpiration (Tr), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), stomata limiting value (Ls)and stoma conductance (Cs) were measured at various light intensities and temperatures during thesquaring stage of the sunflowers. The results indicated that Pn of sunflowers under light and mediumlevels of salt stresses reached its peak value at 10:00 am. Sunflower leaves under different saltlevels have different responses to high temperature and strong light intensity. No significant effect onPn of light intensity was found but a significant effect of temperature was observed.
