A comprehensive Hydrocracking Model Package, H M P, has been developed that permits complete simulation of hydrocracking process performance, including projection of yields and product properties as a function of all process variables and feed composition.The basic fundamentals of the H M P model package have been described in a number of publications, reports, courses and books (1-7). AMP has been designed to permit simulation of all possible hydrotreating/hydrocracking configurations such as: 1)Single-Stage(One reactor) 2)Hydrotreating/Hydrocracking (Two reactors) 3)Hydrotreating/Hydrocracking/Hydrocracking (Three reactors) A graphical representation of available models for the two reactor configuration is presented in Figure 1 together with their respective functions.
