We confirmed that there was no chemical interaction of misoprostol with poloxamer, and the solid dispersions between poloxamer and misoprostol were formed successfully. Of the various poloxamers tested, poloxamer 407 was most effective in improving the stability of misoprostol in solid dispersions.
