摘要

This work deals with a new modelling formalism for ac photoconductance response of a bifacial silicon solar cell under frequency modulated multispectral light. The dependence of the amplitude of the complex minority carrier’s density, photocurrent and photovoltage on modulation frequency f and the junction recombination velocity Sf. Is studied The dependence of the amplitude of the complex back surface recombination velocities on modulation frequency f is also presented. The motivation of the present work is to prove that two steady state methods of excess minority carrier’s recombination parameters determination, in a silicon double sided solar cell under constant white bias light, can be used in a certain frequency range in frequency modulation methods.
