Case Study: Dutch Delight Imports

摘要

This paper describes a case study intended for spreadsheet analysis in undergraduate courses. Based on the author's interactions with a local import company, it teaches both the concept of Pareto analysis and the spreadsheet skills of sorting, arranging, and summarizing data with and without Pivot tables. It can be used as an advanced case in an introductory course on computer applications or as a warm-up case in a more advanced modeling or analysis course.
