The reasonable testing method of the load-bearing force for concrete filled steel lube (CFST) has been approached as well as the principal diagram, the curves of the force-deformation and limited force have been obtained in terms of the axle and eccentric compressive testing for 25 samples of CFST. In consideration of the action of the second principal stress (σ_2), TSUST, which is suitable to the complex stress state in accordance with the deference properties of the material between the tensile and compression strength, is used to analyze CFTS. The computation formulations for the bearing force have been driven theoretically. The correction for the formulations has been verified in terms of the axle and eccentric compressive testing. In comparison the calculation records and the testing results, the minimum error is 0.52% and the maximum error is 8.15 % to the ultimate strength of CFTS, separately. It is shown that TSUST, in which the effects of multi-stress were considered, is well used to the theoretical computation of CFST. The current methods in this paper have been developed for the calculating and testing of CFST.
