We were enable to fabricate polymer PVC devices with highest energy conversion efficiency at 515 nm reached 6%; open circuit voltage 0.8V and short current 3.3 mA/cm~2. At negative bias photosensitivity of the device reached 0.8A/W which is even higher than those in visible photodetectos made with inorganic semiconductor crystals.
