Konjac nutrient food was developed from konjac powder and soybean or pumpkin. It is proved by experiment that colorful, delicious and with good texture konjac nutrient food can be developed by the follow technological process and technical data. Row material treatment ( pulp) → adding konjac powder (4%)→mixing→adding coagulant [Ca(OH)23% based the weight of konjac powder]→ mixing→modeling→gelatinizing (95°C 2030min) → dealkalization→ drying→ seasoning→ vacuum packing→sterilizing (at 100°C for 20min)→product.
