摘要

To solve some key problems existed in the rapid manufacturing of metallic functional part, vacuum solid-state pressure diffusion welding process was used to join the metallic slice sheets in this paper. The following results can be drawn from the experiments: only 1% shrinkage happened in the stack direction and it came from the regularly error. The atoms diffuse between joint interfaces clearly and new grains formed meanwhile. The average shear strength of weld zone is more than 100 MPa and micro hardness of welding zone is the same as that of matrix. The above results revealed that the vacuum solid-state pressure diffusion welding process is a perfect technique to join metal slice sheets used in the rapid manufacturing of metallic functional part.
