Along with husbandry rapid development, more and more people pay attention to environment pollution arising by livestock farm. Energy-environment project is an important approach to solve environmental pollution of waste from livestock farm. Chinese Energy-environment Project is evolved based on biogas technology. Advantageous conditions for energy-environment project industrialization are as the follows: firstly, technology of energy-environment project is increasingly mature. Secondly, environmental protection policy and regulation provides effective support for energy-environment project industrialization. Thirdly, effective management and service system is established. But there are some obstacles for energy-environment project industrialization, such as lack of efficient technologies, technology level low, and absence of investment. Aiming at status and problem of energy-environment project industrialization, the countermeasure is put forward as follows: (1) strengthen policy and regulation construction, cultivate energy-environment project industrialization market; (2) increase technology introduction and development, enhance technology level of energy-environment project; (3) actively raise money, increase investment to energy-environment project, (4) strengthen technology system construction, improve service network.
