摘要

Silicon based oxidation inhibitors prepared by sol-gel technique are most popular for oxidation protection of CFRC. The yield of impregnation depends on the initial void structure of the composite. The void structure of the impregnated composite can change after the heat treatment and affect the protection effectiveness. It is interesting to investigate quantitative features of actual void structures in different impregnant - composite systems. Classification of pores l and analysis of yarn shape 2 in fabric reinforced CFRC have been performed using image analysis. For unidirectional composites, the data obtained by analysis of binary images can extend the knowledge gained in the range of macropores by mercury porosimetry towards larger objects (coarse pores, other voids).
