On December 25, 1993, the Montreal Fire department responded to a fire in a three-storey commercial/residential building on Wellington Street. The fire originated in the living room of the 3rd storey apartment occupied by two residents at the time of the fire Upon arrival, fire fighters found the fire was venting through two front windows.
