摘要

The difference between skewed-slot rotor and straight-slot rotor in analysis and calculation of dynamic braking-torque of squirrel cage asynchronous motors has been found. The formula and simplified method for calculation of harmonic dynamic braking-torque were given by a new method. Further more, the problem of calculation of the surface loss of a motor at dynamic braking has been solved.
