Research for measuring the overall size of workpiece on production line with digital image processing method

摘要

Meauring the overall size of workpiece on production line with digital image processing method can perform non-contact measurement and make the automatic judgement and measurement more convenient. This paper introduces some preliminary research results in this respect, which includes the constitution of the equipment used for acquiring the on-line workpiece's overall image, the judging and processing technique for the workpiece's overall image, and some measurement results of the experiment concemed; etc.
