Shacking table testing on a reduced scale r.m. model

Further results are presented of an experimental testing on a 1/3 scale model of a twostorey reinforced masonry building. The complete testing programme is presented, which include33 seismic tests alternated with sequences of low intensity dynamic characterisation. The overallbehaviour of the building is described as a SDOF inelastic oscillator where the input is the achievedground motion and the output is the displacement measured in correspondence of the second floor.The 27 lower seismic responses are analysed, also by using a new technique of filtering bandwidthoptimisation. As first result of the model identification, a reliable backbone curve is presented,which confirm results obtained through full scale cyclic tests.
