摘要

Automated diagnosis of industrial robots concerns two points of view: the monitoring,alarm and identificaiton of abnormal situations caused by operational and harkware failures.The paper presents the possibilities to validate the orrect behaviour of the robot for each activity in a flexible manufacturing system.The monitoring informaiton may identify the possible causes of the errors or breakdowns.The method proposed in the paper is based n analyticla and material redundancy for each funcitonal seuqence of the robot.The "on-line" and "off-line" method of automated diagnosis is also presented,related to the efficiency of the flexible manufactruring systme,which incude the robot.
