A comprehensive mathematical model for the simulation of the steady state behaviour of a combined cycle power plant will be presented. This combined cycle consists of the subsystems "pressurized circulating fluidized bed combustor (PCFBC)", "complete water/steam cycle" and "gas turbine". Due to the complexity of such a plant there are a number of interactions between the single components which influence power output, efficiency and emissions of the combined cycle.
