Investiment planning for transportation projects: benefit/cost ranking

The paper considers the transportation network improvement problem with in-terdependent projects. The problem formulation is proposed for the budget uncertainty conditions. An empirical branch-and-bound solution algorithm is described. An application of the approach is demonstrated.
