Due to their relatively low costs and high BTU-vlues,Residual Group V fulel oils (low-APIR fuels or LAPIOs) have bene incresingly used to power electric utilities.HTis in turn has lead to an increase in the marine transport of these products and therefore the weatehring protpertis and the predicted breahvior at sea of a No.6 fuel oil.
