In this paper, programs are introduced for optimizing experimental conditions in the measurements of the 2~3S_1-2~3P_J fine-structure splittings in positronium, where two kinds of errors are considered, statistical or statistical and systematic. Then the reliability of the programs and the results are discussed. It is indicated that the optimized experimental condition may save a great deal of time. The optimization work couldn' t really be finished until a pre-experiment has been performed, for some parameters depend on the actual situation.
