Implementations and first measurements with Delta~4 at the TomoTherapy

To perform QA for the increasing number of IMRT plans there is a need for fast and precise measuring systems. Delta4 of ScandiDos is marketed as such a system. We implemented this system in our clinic for TomoTherapy and investigated the practicability as well as the accuracy and reproducibility of dose delivery measurements. Fixed field procedures as well as patient plan verification procedures were tested with the phantom and evaluated for profiles and y-index.
