摘要

A charger circuit configuration which uses a simple control scheme and a minimum number of components is presented. Performance is subsequently described and analyzed in terms of open loop transient response, output voltage resolution, maximum output voltage and closed loop characteristics. The circuit is practically implemented using SCR's and the analysis is experimentally verified. The limits of the circuit operation are discussed in the context of the performance characteristics.
