摘要

The biodegradable polymers have attracted much attention for last decades. Feng and his coworkers [1-5] has published several papers on the block copolymers with biodegradable properties and their application in the controlled drug delivery systems. Living ring-opening polymerization provided a way to synthesize the block copolymers by sequential addition of different monomers. The zero order release of drugs has been achieved by combining different blocks having different degradation rate while the random copolymers of the same monomers shown less controllable degradation properties.
