The CCC (congestion controlled combination) protocol, realizing the simulation characteristics of the theater missile defense SDIO (BMDO) packet ground to satellite communication protocols and the theater of war SG/ATM/DSI or SG/ATM/Internet PDU communication, requires the specialized optimal packet length delay minimization. The MMCR protocol will provide these parameters to the TOW protocol, by the linkage of the MMCR protocol to the UIS protocol in the TMD protocol. The minimized packet delay developed for optimal, specialized PDU sizes for war games in the MMCR protocol contains the theatre of war image compression and expansion function in the Lagrange multiplier, contained within the UIS protocol gateway characteristics. The MMCR protocol enables optimal SG/ATM/DSI or SG/ATM/INTERNET access during STOW (synthetic theatre of war) games. This optimal PDU size obtained from the Lagrange multiplier i.e. marginal utility in game theory, optimization for minimizing delay, imaging reduction and expansion factor, enables representation of the object oriented code implementation imaging criteria for various sections of the CCC protocol geometric software structure planes.
