摘要

Abstract: A new algorithm, SAIO, is proposed to design the binary diffractive optical elements. It is very excellent for the design of two dimension optical transformation system. In this paper, we use SAIO algorithm to design and fabricate the 8-phase levels diffractive elements for converting the semiconductor diode laser elliptically Gaussian beam into circular uniform beam. The experimental results indicate that the output beam profile is consistent with the theoretical calculation. The measured energy transformation efficiency is about 88 percent. !6
