This paper presents first-known buckling solutins for sectorial Mindlin plates subjected to an isotropic inplane load. The buckling loads were determined using the Ritz method. The metnod was made automated using Ritz functions consisting of the product of mathematically complete 2-D polynomial functions and plate boundary equations rsied to appropriate powers. The latter equations ensure the satisfaction of the plate geometric boundary conditions. Buckling results are presented for secontorial plates of various boundary conditons, included angles and thickness-to-radius ratios.
