Control of boundary layer transition at high FST by localized suction

In many situations it would be valuable to b able to control tansition for these types of flow and in a previous experiments [Ref.1] at "natural" conditions the influence of suction on a boundary layer transition point was studied.it was shown that suction through a spanwise slot was able to change the transition point downstream.
