摘要

Six precipitation processes for preparation of Y_2O_3-ZrO_2 and (Y_2O_3,MgO)-ZrO_2 ultrafine powders have been designed separately, meanwhile different techniques used to control the agglomeration have been proposed. By means of TEM, SEM, Raman spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy and electrokinetic method, the mechanism of agglomeration control in the precipitation processes has been studied. As the experimental results shown that the agglomeration control in the precipitation, drying and calcination processes has remarkable influence on the characteristics of powders. By adding various macromolecules in the processes, the agglomeration state can be controlled efficiently, so the characteristics of powders are improved.
