This paper shows the possibility of some multiple criteria decision-making methods in agricultural enterprise decisions. In practice humans often meet multi-criteria decision problems. The success of every organization depends, among other things, on the ability to make the right decision. What is very important for making the optimal decision is the necessity to analyze the decision problem in detail from various points of view. This case study shows the application of the multiple attribute analysis methods in the planning and creation of vegetable rotation in an agricultural enterprise, namely Hanka Mochov. Possible solutions are analyzed according to the set of 12 criteria using four methods of multiple attribute analysis. The management chose a compromised variant based on this analysis and recommended it for the application.
