摘要

A methodological approach enabling two alternative solutions for an 'intelligent' two-level control system based on the use of concepts in fuzzy-logic control and qualitative reasoning has been derived. The applications envisaged are to a wider class of thermal processes encompassing industrial furnace and public object heating control. The one of these solutions integrates an optimization based command controller, at the upper level, and a set of fuzzy logic controlled (sub)systems, on the lower. The other one integrates a fuzzy optimization command controller and a set of affine nonlinear controlled (sub)systems, at the lower level. The universes of discourse and support fuzzy subsets have been suggested as to reflect the discrepancy of demand and real temperature distributions and also the vagueness of specifications 'rational use of energy' and 'comfort working environment'.
