摘要

This paper discussed the way in which the mechanical feature of a new dicing blade was greatlyrnimproved via adding whisker into light sensitive resin used as bonding material. Considering the enhancingrnfunction of whisker in length direction was greater than that in diameter direction, an electric field was appliedrnto make the direction of whisker in resin along with the direction of the load of dicing blade. In the electric field,rna whisker in the resin was swerved to the direction of the electric force before the resin was solidified byrnultraviolet radiation. The result showed that controlling the direction of whisker in the resin by applying anrnelectric field could finally greatly improve the mechanical property of dicing blade to be used in processing thernsemi-conduct.
