Risk management of projects is about the real time evaluation and making ofrndecisions proactively in order to maximize the probability of achieving or surpassingrnthe targets set for project objectives. Project objective generally includes threernelements: time, cost, quality. Risk occurring in the projects will affect these threernfactors to some various degrees in the end. There are different emphases in each stagernand integrated balanced goals between the three factors. A large complex engineeringrnproject generally consists of several stages each of which has variable objectiverncombinations leading to variable important risks.rnIn order to achieve strategic goals on the schedule under the restriction of limitedrnresources, the paper gives the analysis of the so-called risk identification-assessmentrnprocess on the basis of objective orientation. In this paper the set of involved mostlyrnhazards is presented in terms of given objective weight vector, and so is the model ofrnrisk ranking .By reducing the range of risk factors step by step, risk manager could payrnmore attention to important ventures and effectively control of them.rnSuccessful projects are those, which focus on the relevant business objectivesrnthroughout the whole process and seek to information integration across project life cycle.rnThis paper also introduces the idea of real time process of risk identification-assessmentrnand presents a flow chart as a demonstration.
