This paper studies the coordination problem for a manufacturing and retailing supply chain.rnDifferentiating from traditional joint optimization in the literature, the approach applies game theory structure asrnthe researching framework to address the problem of coordinating the pricing decisions between manufacturersrnand retailers. Three co-op pricing models are developed and discussed which are based on two non-cooperativerngames and one cooperative game. After analysis, we obtain so-called feasible Pareto efficient set of pricingrnschemes. The cooperative mechanism based on the set would be solid and stable.
