摘要

Scheduling is one of the most difficult issues in the planning and operations of the aircraftrnservices industry. In this paper, the various scheduling problems in ground support operation of anrnaircraft maintenance service company are addressed. The authors developed a set of vehicle routings torncover each schedule flights; the objectives pursued are the maximization of vehicle and manpowerrnutilization and minimization of operation time. To achieve the goals, an integer-programming modelrnwith genetic algorithm is formulated. The solution provides an effective and efficient schedule torndeploy the manpower and equipment resources for the company. Simulation is used to verify thernmethod and a MATLAB program is used to code the genetic algorithm. This model is illustrated by arncase study and the benefit elaborated. Finally, a conclusion is made to summarize the experience of thisrnproject and further improvement.
