摘要

Volumetric error modeling method is an important technique for enhancement the accuracy of CNCrnmachine tools by error compensation. Based on MBS (multi-body system), an universal kinematics errorrnmodeling method and the error analysis method for NC machine tools is presented in this paper. The essentialrncondition for precision machining is derived through mathematics equations. The numerical solution method ofrnprecision NC instruction value is also presented in this paper. A serious of simulation and experiment results showrnthat the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools can be improved more than 60% by using the methodrnpresented in this paper.
