摘要

The cutting movement mechanism of stone-sawing machine is analyzed. The optimization design ofrnsystems with optimal cutting movement trajectory is conducted. The mathematic equations of the optimalrnsystem parameters are established. The design schemes and computing methods of parameters of systems withrnoptimal cutting movement trajectory are given. The key technical problems are solved, which include the choicernof the offset of the swaying wheel, of the clearance between sliding block and the bottom of the gliding groove,rnof the elasticity coefficient k of the spring. A mechanism with eccentric swaying wheels, whose effective cuttingrnstroke is nearly 100%, is developed. The paper offers theoretic and technical basis for optimal design.
