摘要

The existing risk assessment of dam-break in Barrier Lake affected by highly changing and complex environment, have some many restrictions such as low-information, distributed data and personnel. This paper mainly focuses on the construction of the collaborative workflow system, which supports the cooperative risk assessment and impact analysis of dam-break in Barrier Lake. The risk assessment flowchart of dam-break in Barrier Lake was firstly analyzed, and its collaborative workflow and the dynamic group control mechanism were also designed. Then the design idea of the risk assessment system was discussed in detail. Meantime its framework was proposed. Finally, a collaborative risk assessment system is implemented for collaboration on risk assessment of dam-break in Barrier Lake based on workflow. The experimental results show that the scheme developed in the paper is efficient and feasible. It can improve the efficiency of the emergency response of dam-break risk in Barrier Lake.
