摘要

New requests are put forward to the service outsourcing talents along with the rapid development of service outsourcing industry.They should be provided with good communication ability, foreign language ability, technical skills, creative and innovative ability, multicultural understanding ability and self learning ability.But in China's service outsourcing talents training, there exist the problems such as insufficient amount of talents, poor applicability, talent structure imbalance, teachers can't satisfy the needs and national lack of service outsourcing talent training standards and evaluation systems.Therefore, we should change the talent training strategy, strengthen the government support for service outsourcing talents training, build the service outsourcing talents training standards and evaluation systems, reform college service outsourcing talents training systems, enhance college-enterprise cooperation and strengthen practice teaching.
