摘要

Comparison of the properties among DBD, corona and spark discharge was done. The spark discharge showed the high reactivity and selectivity to acetylene from methane. Methane was highly dissociated to C and H by the electrons impact. The gas temperature in the spark discharge channel was as low as 420 K, and it was cleared that the high selectivity to acetylene was not caused by the thermal reaction.
