摘要

Many simulators of digestive surgery have been developed for solid organs such as liver and spleen. However, Studies relating to soft tissues like pelvic organs are rare. This is due to the kind of simulations in which the characterization of physical parameters of the pelvic may present a complex task . In this paper, we consider two physical models, the first one is elaborated using the mass-spring method and the second using the finite element method. Simulation results are presented and discussed on the basis of a comparison with a dynamic MRI data. The global behavior of the FEM simulation seems to be more coherent than the mass-spring simulation.
