摘要

Two-dimensional (2D) semiconductor nanocrystals, such as nanoplatelets, nanosheets, nanoribbons and nanodisks, have attracted tremendous research interest in modern microelectronic and optoelectronic including transistors, solar cell, catalysis, photodetectors topological insulator and light-emitting diodes. 2D binary NCs, such as CuS, CdSe, MoS_2, Bi_2Te_3 and IN_2S_3 , have been extensively researched. But for 2D ternary and quaternary, there are little research work been published, and it is difficult to control the composition of as-synthesized 2D nanomaterials. Herein, we develop the template synthesis method at room temperature to fabricate Cu-In-S nanoplate from In_2S_3 nanoplates. XRD characterization indicate that the crystals phase transfer from In_2S_3 to Cu-In-S by incorporation Cu into In_2S_3 nanoplates at room temperature. The band gap positions of the as-synthesized Cu-In-S nanoplates can be finely tuned by controlling the composition.
