Based on virtual instrument's design method, oil pump test system uses sensors to detect oil pump's output pressure, flux, rotate speed and oil temperature in real time, and obtains measured parameters via PCI-1712 board and RS-232 serial communication. Software adopts Visual Basic as the program platform, and calls NI Measurement Studio and Advantech Device Driver to exploit virtual instrument software. Factual use indicates that the system is credible and the efficiency is high.
