Application Research of Nondestructive Testing Technology in Quality Inspection of Ammunition

摘要

In this paper, the author summed up the advantages of nondestructive testing technology applied in quality inspect of ammunition. The working theories of some modern nondestructive testing technology such as infrared ray imaging, ultrasonic testing, magnetism check, industrial computed tomograph, transient pulse testing were introduced in detail. Consist of whole checking system was presented. The characters and suitable apply fields of each technology was analyzed. The system components and functions of nondestructive instrument, which could be used in ammunition inspection work, were introduced. And the developing trends in home and abroad were reported in this paper.
