摘要

The purpose of the study was to compare the influence of face-to-face and web-based instruction on college students' body physique satisfaction, physical self-concept, and exercise attitude. It further analyzed relevant factors which affect students' body physique satisfaction, physical self-concept, and exercise attitude. The subjects were 90 students at a technology university. Convenience sampling was used for conducting questionnaire survey and body composition analysis. It was found that 'the information provided on the internet' and 'the provision of text book and instruction' have a significant effect. As a whole, most of the male students are moderately or highly satisfied with appearance evaluation and body parts, while most of the female students are lowly or moderately satisfied with them. The results could help understanding the development of college students' body physique satisfaction, physical self-concept, and exercise attitude, and provide reference to relevant units for improving students' body physique satisfaction, physical self-concept, and exercise attitude.
