A 'BUSINESS FOCUSED PROJECT GROUP MANAGEMENT MODEL' FOR TELECOMMUNICATION ENTERPRISES' STRATEGIC PM

摘要

This paper aims at telecommunication operation enterprises, analyzes their special operating characteristics, and works out a new managerial system and method called a ' Business Focused Project Group Management(BFPGM) Model' for their strategic PM. Considering the importance of ' business/product' operating capability to telecommunication enterprises with the industry transformation, this paper also studies several key issues in the implementation of BFPGM detailedly, with the strategic significance of this model discussed in the end.
