摘要

The origin of project management theory and each of its development phases have no exceptionally been related to the military practices and requirements of the times. Based on the applications of project management in modern military practices, this article reveals the development sequence of project management from traditional theory to modern theory and analyses the time features of origin of project management theory and its development.
