The Research on Process Model of Automatic Generation of Political News Event Reports

Political events have always been an important part of international political studies. In order to enable the government to understand the development process of political events quickly and comprehensively, and make a relatively objective assessment of the impact and scope of these events, this paper proposes a process model about the automatic generation of political news events analysis reports. Based on the waterfall model, the process model is divided into five steps: combing of key information of target event, selection of a report template, filtering of event data, processing of event data, and visualization analysis. Finally, the activities of Shanghai cooperation Qingdao Summit are selected as case studies to show how to apply this process model to practice and the results are evaluated.
